The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights has recorded 18,955 civilian victims since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine until February 13, 2023. This includes 7,199 killed and 11,756 injured.
Only in January 2023, 697 people became victims among civilians.
