Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine plays a vital role in international politics because it acts as a litmus test to determine supporters of the free world or a dictatorial regime.
At the beginning of the war, Turkey played a significant role in restraining the Russian onslaught with diplomatic assistance and particular material support. The Turkish side remains a critical ally in resisting aggression and ensuring global food security.
Despite all the questions over the last year regarding the balancing position of the Turkish government between Russia and Ukraine, all the assistance that has been provided so far remains one of the biggest allies of Ukraine in this war.
UKRAINE IN FLAMES project is created by Ukraine Crisis Media Center and NGO “Euroatlantic Course”. We are aiming at searching a loud support for Ukraine in the war started by Russia on the 24th of February 2022.
