The Verkhovna Rada has changed the borders of Volnovakha, Novoazovsk, Telmanovo and Artemorvsk districts in Donetsk region. Therespective decree №1283 was adopted by 287 deputies.


People who previously had a criminal record could become Yalta’s officials. Also, there will be no contest for competitors until February, 2015. Deputies of Yalta city council with the majority of votes adopted amendments to the first city council session’s decision from November 28 “About the procedure of filling the posts of municipal service administration of Yalta city, Republic of Crimea.”


There will be no talks in Minsk on December, 12, one of the militants’ leaders Denis Pushilin informs. He complains that on Wednesday Ukrainian side canceled video conference, where they were planning to discuss the terms. “There is no point to meet in Minsk until we discuss the agenda and the date at the video conference,” Denis Pushilin said.
