Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine has forced to rethink standards of state financial allowances to the Ukrainian military. Today Ukrainian troops engaged in the Anti-Terrorist Operation receive high financial rewards for participation in combat engagements, destruction of the enemy’s military hardware and successful mission accomplishment.
