Our military liberated 12 settlements in Luhansk region, as stated Serhii Gaidai, head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the Armed Forces also liberated the village of Makiivka. Every meter of advancement of the Defense Forces of Ukraine there is very difficult, because the occupiers have transferred a huge number of mobilized and mercenary prisoners to the Luhansk region.
“If you look at the map and the information of the General Staff, 12 settlements have already been officially liberated. Someone says “only 12” – we say “as many as 12″, because for some time the region was almost completely under occupation. Therefore, for us, each settlement is not a statistic, but a colossal inspiration and motivation. Both for the local population and for the soldiers as well,” Gaidai said.
Gaidai spoke about the fact that especially fierce battles continue in the area of the village of Bilohorivka – the enemy tries to storm it almost continuously.
