As a result of Russian aggression, educational institutions were damaged and destroyed in the Kyiv region – Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksii Kuleba
“Our infrastructure has been destroyed, 215 objects of educational institutions have been destroyed to varying degrees. Five large schools that provided services to thousands of children have been completely destroyed as well as 6 kindergartens,” Kuleba said.
According to him, repair works are currently ongoing in more than 70% of the damaged institutions, the rest are at the stage of technical examination.
According to the confirmed data, 1,445 civilians, including 38 children, were killed during the hostilities in the Kyiv region.
