With flourishing militarism in society, Russian pupils launched a new subculture “PMC Ryodan” which refers to anime cartoons. Groups of 13 Ryodans tried to hooligan in malls, and Russian police called them the product of “Western intelligence services”. The new subculture also appeared in Ukraine.
