On March 18, a building of a university and residential buildings were damaged in Kharkiv as a result of enemy shelling. There are dead and injured.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
At about 8:40 a.m., a six-story educational building was severely damaged in Kharkiv as a result of enemy shelling. Two neighboring residential buildings were damaged. One person died, 11 people were injured, and one person is under the rubble.
