Russia-initiated war is also a war of exhaustion. Massive attacks against Ukrainian critical infrastructure have become regular. Every new strike makes the situation with electricity worse. In many households, the absence of electricity means also the absence of heat and water supply.
However, Ukrainian businesses adopted even to such terrible conditions: many restaurants, stores, and public spaces switched to generators, LED lights, and candles and make everything possible to give Ukrainians not only to receive services but also to charge their phones and switch “back to normal life” at least for a little while.
Russians want Ukrainians to freeze to death in darkness – but the effect is right the opposite so now the light of Ukrainian souls shines even brighter – and this spirit of solidaritycan do miracles.
