After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Kyiv’s role in world politics has grown significantly because the fate of protecting Europe from the barbarian invasion has fallen on Ukraine’s shoulders. Ukrainian courage brought essential changes in geopolitics in Europe and the whole world because the invasion of Russia marked the transition to a new era.
Ukraine desperately needed international support, and Ukrainian diplomacy managed to influence many reservations among Western leaders. Moreover, in the 3rd year of the war, Kyiv continues to receive more and more vital weapons. Ukraine’s role on the world stage is vital, but Russian propaganda tries to portray it as insignificant to reduce potential support for the war.
