Ukraine has already verified 19,498 children in Russia. This was announced by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets. 365 children in Russia and the temporarily occupied territories have already been adopted by Russians. Russian families receive from 28 to 156 thousand rubles per month for adopting children from Ukraine. And if the child is disabled, they receive 156 thousand rubles.
As of 11 July, the official Children of War portal states that Russia has deported 19,474 children. According to open sources, it is known that a total of 744,000 children could have been taken to Russia, the portal says. They managed to return 380 children.
