This is a very telling example of Russian doublethink – they annexed the Crimean Peninsula in 2014, but are now adopting Constitutional amendments that contain prohibition of secessionism and are currently drafting a law that dubs statements like calling Crimea Ukrainian or actions that enable its return as extremism.
It is this law that Kremlin propagandist Skabeeva is describing and mistakenly calls an amendment, but then again apparently one does not need a clear understanding of a legal acts to be able to threaten speakers right there in her studio.
