Russia has launched missiles at the bridge across the Kleven River in Shostka district of Sumy Oblast, destroying it.

In the morning, Russian troops tried to break through the state border in the Sumy region, according to Zhyvytskyi. The fire was opened from mortars, grenade launchers, machine guns and submachine guns.

On May 16, Russia launched a missile strike on the Odesa region from strategic aviation. As a result of the explosion, three people were injured and tourist infrastructure was damaged – head of the press center of the South Defense and Security Forces Humeniuk, Suspilne reports.
