The Russian military fired three missiles at the Dnipropetrovsk region this morning, killing ten people and wounding at least 35 others after one missile hit a Ukrainian National Guard base in Dnipro.

70 bodies of dead civilians have been found under the rubble of destroyed buildings by Russian occupiers on the territory of the former Oktyabr plant in Mariupol. The bodies of the victims were taken for burial in a mass grave in the village of Staryi Krym. 

10:31 Police press service in Donetsk region

On May 26, the Russian occupiers fired on 11 settlements in the Donetsk region. Six people were killed, one was injured and 94 civilian objects were destroyed – press service of Donetsk region’s police, Suspilne reports.

09:40 Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, head of the Sumy regional military administration 

The Russian army fired on the Sumy region from its territory. Every half an hour, mortar shots were heard in the Shostka district: private houses were damaged. The outskirts of the Stari Vyrky village were also shelled – head of the regional military administration Zhyvytskyi.

The enemy fired on the Dnipropetrovsk region at night and in the morning. Rescuers are dismantling the rubble and looking for people.

The Russian army has renewed its assault on the town of Sloviansk in Ukraine’s Donetsk region. The enemy is trying to make some gains in the Bakhmut direction, disrupt Ukrainian supply chains and cut off Ukrainian units from the main forces.
