The car was shelled with tank machine guns. Two people – a woman and a 17-year-old girl – are dead. Four other people received shrapnel wounds, including girls aged 17 and 7.

“The actions of the aggressor country’s military are qualified as violations of the laws and customs of war,” the prosecutor’s office of Kyiv region claimed.

The enemy continues its offensive against Ukraine. Due to unsuccessful actions, units of the RF Armed Forces continue to commit criminal acts of shelling of civilian infrastructure, which leads to numerous losses of civilians. The occupiers continue to focus their efforts on encircling the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Mykolayiv, reaching administrative borders in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, and creating a land corridor with the Crimean Autonomous Republic of Crimea, but are gradually losing offensive potential.

In the Volyn direction, the advance of the occupiers deep into our territory and active action by the enemy is not observed.

The military leadership of the Republic of Belarus has strengthened the state border with Ukraine. According to the available information, combat-ready units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, which are ready to go on the offensive, continue to be on the opposite side of the border. At the same time, the moral and psychological condition of the personnel continues to deteriorate, the special services of the Republic of Belarus work with the military, and “motivate” the personnel with long prison terms.

In the Polissya direction, groups of troops from the Eastern Military District, the Pacific Fleet and the Air Force of the Russian Armed Forces with a total number of up to 15 BTGs continue to blockade the city of Kyiv from the north and partly from the west. By force

In the border areas with Ukraine of the Belgorod region in the area of ​​Bezsonivka noted the concentration of up to 3 thousand reservists who came to replenish losses. The moral and psychological condition of reservists is extremely low.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy is trying to continue offensive operations in the directions of the cities of Dnipro and Zaporizhia with forces of up to seven BTGs from the 1st, 2nd Army Corps and 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th All-Military Army.

In the Severodonetsk direction, the enemy forces of up to two BTGs of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division from the 20th All-Military Army was stopped on the Siversky Donets River. Concentrated about 500 units of weapons and military equipment, trying to bypass the positions of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Mariupol direction, the aggressor continues to block Mariupol, conducting artillery fire on the city’s infrastructure facilities and residential neighbourhoods in order to intimidate the population. In violation of the requirements of International Humanitarian Law, it advances armed units along the agreed “green” corridors for the evacuation of civilians.

On the Tavriya direction, a group of troops of the 49th All-Military Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces, the 22nd Army Corps of Coastal Troops of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and the 7th Airborne Assault Division surrounded Mariupol and is trying to advance in Zaporizhia.

Forces of the 8th all-military army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the 22nd army corps of coastal troops of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation are preparing to resume the offensive on Mykolayiv. In total, the enemy concentrated up to 17 BTGr in the direction.

In the Black Sea and Azov operational zones, the enemy continues to prepare for a naval landing operation. Units of the 810th Airborne Division arrive in the Novoozernye district to load large landing ships.

Air strikes of operational and tactical aircraft from airfields in Russia – Seshcha, RB – Lida, Luninets, Baranovichi and TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea – Belbek were involved in air strikes on objects on the territory of Ukraine, as well as detection and destruction of the air defense system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy bears the losses. Enemy planes continue to shoot down over Chernihiv. Territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine receives all new trophies, which are used against the Russian occupation forces.

13:00 About 3500 tons of humanitarian aid were imported to Ukraine during the past 24 hours, Minister of Social Policy Marina Lazebna reported.

“We simplified all possible procedures for providers and recipients of humanitarian aid to ensure it arrives promptly. Customs, logistics warehouses are working full time. Regional military-civil administrations and coordination headquarters have worked on humanitarian aid algorithms” — Marina Lazebna says.

As a result, the amount of help is increasing every day. There were 2,500 tons of humanitarian aid received on March 3rd. Yesterday 3500 tons of aid arrived. 

“The aid includes food, clothing, personal hygiene products, medicine and medical equipment, other goods needed to meet the life needs of people who have been forced to change their habitat, war victims and those who have joined the territorial defence. The whole world is helping us! », – commented by Marina Lazebna.

Women, children and the elderly were asked to get to the Novoirpin highway (Romanivka village), where they will be evacuated by buses to the Kyiv railway station.  

Irpin is a city located right next to Kyiv.

10.23 Russian military aircraft attacked the city of Bila Tserkva, 80 km south of Kyiv

Almost 20 residential houses were damaged, reported police of Kyiv Oblast`. The amount of injured and casualties is being specified.

Local police and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are helping citizens to overcome the consequences of the explosion.

Bila Tserkva is the largest city in Kyiv Oblast and part of the Right Bank. Bila Tserkva is located on the Ros River approximately 80 km south of Kyiv.


10.18 Chernihiv was being systematically bombed by Russian military aviation for two days, civil casualties are increasing

Chernihiv was under aircraft attack by Russian military aviation for the last two days (4th to 5th of March), informs the Administration of Chernihiv Oblast

About 30 fires were recorded in the region, 29 of them occurred due to shelling (22 – in the residential sector). Four people were rescued, one injured and one killed.

In total, 124 fires have occurred since the beginning of the war: 75 of them are due to shelling. As recorded, 37 people were killed, 29 were rescued, including 10 children.

According to the latest information of health institutions, 17 people were killed as a result of the shooting during the day, 13  were injured.

Chernihivobylenergo informs about 200 settlements remain without electricity supply due to combat.

In Polissya, the enemy began engineering work to block roads in the Borodianka area probably with the aim of further moving in the direction of Kyiv. Occupation units were stopped in Shybene and Katiuzhanka districts. In the area of ​​Dymer the occupier continues to create a defense area.

Enemy is actively using the mobilization resource from the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions as part of the advanced units of Russia’s Armed Forces, which operate in the directions of Kharkiv and Mariupol. The occupiers do not stop trying to identify weaknesses in the defense of Mariupol.

Russian army units are trying to continue the offensive in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, at the same time, some units are trying to bypass Kharkiv and move southwest.

In the Black Sea, due to worsening weather conditions, the invader withdrew a group of ships and landing ships to the area west of the Crimean peninsula.

Kyiv defense continues to repel the enemy’s offensive, defeat its offensive group, and maintain certain boundaries.

BTGs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus continue to be located on the Belarusian border with Ukraine. However, due to the refusal of a significant number of servicemen to carry out criminal orders, work is underway to persuade personnel to carry out tasks on the territory of Ukraine.
