The British Foreign Secretary is against limiting support for Ukraine only to defence weapons

Russian aircraft are mainly concentrated in the south and east of Ukraine, providing support to Russian ground forces. Russia has very limited access from the air to the north and west of Ukraine, limiting offensive operations with deep strikes with long-range weapons, the review said.
